After the ordeal of getting here (even though very smooth and without hiccups of any kind) does leave one lagging a bit. It's always important to not rush off to some other city. Stay. Relax for a few days. Get your body in the right time zone. In Rome, staying at a lovely apartment in the Piazza Farnese:
Of course, the Farnese clan dates back to the 10th century, being a family that benefited from the feudal system. There are dukes, cardinals, and even a Pope- Pope Paul III, seen here in this portrait by Titian, looking a bit withered and, should I say, a bit creepy.
