The weekend is here so I am enjoying some time away from school. Wonderful days of wandering around. There is so much richness here, so much history, that I never tire of just pondering it all:
And then I just ponder this cute little guy:And then, of course, the best thing to ponder is lunch. Along the main Corso there is a little restaurant that serves la pinsa. A pinsa is sort of a light pizza. With a lovely crunchy crust and a couple of things on top, it's molto buono indeed! With a Campari Spritz, you're set:And then a vin santo with cantucci.... I wish it was a vin santo with STAN TUCCI, but alas:
